The service delivery consists of a digital ticket indicating the agreed reservation time and type of meal package for the specified number of people.
Ordering the service
After placing an order on our website, you will first receive information by email from julefrokost@oldirishpub.dk that your reservation and order of a meal package has been registered. This email does not constitute confirmation that provides grounds for deducting payment from your account.
The confirmation of the reservation and the meal package will be sent by Old Irish Pub to your email in the form of a ticket to be presented digitally or as a printout at the selected Old Irish Pub location. The confirmation means that the order has been accepted by Old Irish Pub and payment will be deducted from your account at the same time.
To ensure that you receive the confirmation, the email program you use must be set so that emails from @oldirishpub.no can be received. In addition, you should check your junk mail, spam filters and the like.
Payment for the service
Old Irish Pub offers secure payment solutions using VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. We use Bambora as an approved payment solution with encryption of all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the reservation for the desired meal package and time is confirmed by Old Irish Pub.
Personal information
Old Irish Pub needs information from you to be able to accept the reservation, ensure that you receive the delivery as ordered and register payment against the order. Old Irish Pub may also need to contact you about the order. By ordering our services on our website, you accept that we store necessary information about you in order to be able to deliver our services. We also refer to a separate privacy statement (available on our website) for further details about our use of your personal data.
Right of complaint

Refund
A refund will only be made if Old Irish Pub has not been able to deliver the agreed service and this is not due to circumstances on your part. If a refund has been agreed, the following refund method shall be used:- If you have paid by card, the amount will, if possible, be returned to the card used for payment.
- If you have paid by other means or the amount cannot be returned to your card, the account number and payment details must be provided to Old Irish Pub at the following email: az@oldirishpub.dk.
Since Old Irish Pub has reserved capacity in the relevant serving area and ordered food for the time and date stated on your ticket, you as a consumer do not have the right to withdraw from the order. The basis for the right of withdrawal not to apply is provided by the Act on the Duty of Information and the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Selling and Sales Outside Fixed Business Premises of 20 June 2014 ("Right of Withdrawal Act"), ยง 22 first paragraph, letters b) and m).
If you purchase services on behalf of a company, you are not considered a consumer and are in any case not covered by the Right of Withdrawal Act.
We kindly ask that complaints regarding problems with the reservation be directed to the Old Irish Pub. If you complain about the meal packages, we recommend that this be done immediately on site in the relevant serving area before the food is eaten. Consumers have the opportunity to complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority regarding the service delivery (link: Norwegian Consumer Authority - Simpler and safer market for consumers). If there is a complaint about the food, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority may be the appropriate authority (link: About the concern - Report something regarding food or drink | Norwegian Food Safety Authority).
Applicable law:
The service delivery is delivered to customers at Old Irish Pub's premises in Norway - Consequently, Norwegian law applies to our services and these reservation and purchase conditions.
If you are still not satisfied, a consumer can bring the matter to the Consumer Complaints Committee (link: Do you have a complaint? - Norwegian Consumer Authority).
For professional parties, any unresolved disputes are brought before the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in Oslo. If the Consumer Complaints Board does not handle the dispute, the same applies for consumers.
